Enter The Trance

Trance induces a deep, deep state of relaxation, a place where we can talk to the subconscious, a lovely place that feels like the dream zone, as one dozes in and out of sleep. Trance allows the body to rest and the mind, the muscles, the organs, the brain, every cell, every molecule and every atom to relax and rejuvenate, a place where we are still, free from the hustle and bustle of every day life.

Reprogramming the SubConscious

I suspect that at some stage or other we have been given unhelpful messages from others such as parents, gardians, teachers, peers and siblings but to mention a few, and from ourselves. Have you ever beaten yourself up over something you said or in some way that you behaved and later regretted. Well all these messages get downloaded and recorded in the subconscious. We can act out these messages which in turn can have varying limiting effects on us and our performance on many levels.

Dymamic New Behaviours

These unhelpful messages can be easily replaced with positive commands which in turn have a very different and positive affect on our whole attitude to life resulting in dynamic new behaviours.

Giving Positive Strokes to Your SubConsious

You may now someone who has had lots of positives strokes as they grew up is likely to develop a sense of confidence and well being and feeling okay with themselves. It is achieveable to change any behaviour from one that no longer serves you to one that will serve you much more effectively. 

Change Limiting Beliefs 

What we can do in trance is change limiting beliefs into positive helpful beliefs. As a bonus not only can this effect the way we feel and function in the world it will also have a healing effect on the body, family, community and ultimately all of humanity. 

Reconnecting with the SubConscious

Entering a Trance State can give us the opportunity to make a connection with the Unconscious, actually noticing the Unconscious, and identifying it, and experiencing it as a part of us that we can communicate with in our daily life. This can be a valuable exercise in self empowerment as we reconnect with our subconscious we tap into an amazing source of wisdom and power.

Making friends with the Unconscious

As we tap into the incredible resource of the subconscious we can make friends with it and learn to talk to it by giving it only positive, encouraging instructions and messages, which it loves so much, keeping us in a healthy and balanced condition or state.

Feel Relaxed

A feeling of relaxation is an immediate and noticeable benefit of having been in a Trance State , there is also a much deeper benefit, as it gives the opportunity to have a little chat with the unconscious and re-educate It, by reassuring It that all the mistruths that It has heard to date can be changed. These mistruths can manifest as our belief systems, our patterns of behaving and beliefs and patterns can change and be changed.
