Effective Communication is the Key..
Anger management and relationship difficulties are closely related. For many reasons our relationships break down. The biggest cause is a lack of clear and effective communication. Learning to talk about an issue in a balanced, caring and understanding way so you get the chance to have your say and be heard. And listening so you know your partner is being heard.
When you have an effective relationship with any one, it feels good. But, when the communication does not seem to work it definitely does not feel good. No one can guarantee the other person is going to have a good day every day. It’s usually when two people are having an off day when things go wrong.
The approach I take is a combination of Teaching techniques that work and Coaching tools designed to bring structure, meaning and purpose back into your relationship, not only with others but with yourself. It is all too easy to become complacent or taking your partner, for granted and not being aware that there is an imbalance in your relationship.
